Return Policy (7 Days)

Order Cancellation & Modifications
Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed due to our fast order processing.

Product Condition & Warranty
All products sold are brand new and covered by our 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact our support team via email for assistance.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any discrepancies, defects, missing parts, or other issues, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


Before Returning an Item

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our online support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.


Return Guidelines

  1. Unused Condition: Items must be unopened, uninstalled, and in 100% resalable condition (original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included).

  2. RMA Required: No returns will be processed without an RMA number.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns (exceptions below).

  5. Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are not refundable.

  6. 7-Day Limit: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  7. Refused/Unauthorized Returns:

    • Refused deliveries or returns without an RMA will incur a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs + potential reshipment fees.

  8. Post-Shipment Returns: Return requests submitted after shipment will be denied.


Exceptions (No Restocking Fee)

The 25% restocking fee is waived only if:

  1. Wrong Item Received: You were sent an incorrect product (different from your order).

  2. Defective/Damaged Item: The product has a manufacturing defect (not caused by shipping).

    • Shipping damage? Contact us immediately with your order/tracking number for assistance.

For defective items, our support team will guide you through the RMA process. You may need to reorder a replacement first; refunds are issued after inspection. Invalid claims will not be refunded.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are only guaranteed if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to rapid order processing.

  • Note: Our warehouse operates efficiently—orders are often packed, palletized, and shipped quickly. Once an order is in transit, it becomes subject to our 7-day return policy instead of cancellation.

  • Refused shipments will incur a 25% restocking fee + return shipping + potential reshipment costs.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (e.g., fragile, oversized, or custom items) are final sale. Please verify compatibility with our free technical support before purchasing.


Return Instructions

  1. RMA Required: Follow our return instructions and ship items back at your expense. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns.

  2. Restocking Fee: The 25% fee may be prepaid or deducted from your refund.

  3. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition.

    • Opened/damaged items may only qualify for store credit (if approved) and still incur a 25% fee.

  4. Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive the return.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are:

  • Used, damaged, or missing parts/accessories.

  • Not in resalable condition.
